Re: Custom Aircraft Trimmers aka Jason Cooper

I just saw the FB page and Jason Cooper's website. Custom Cabin Craft or CCC. Knowing Jason, he will never let anyone freely post on his site without his approval. He is the best con man EVER! His page is very professional, he has plenty of testimonials. It makes me sick to know that aircraft owners...

Re: Custom Aircraft Trimmers aka Jason Cooper

Hi Colin, I'm not sure if you are finding opportunities to use Jason or not. His business was shut down by the United Kingdom. But websites can always find a new home and maybe from another country. The UK took his website and any assets that he might have had pertaining to his aviation interior bus...

Re: Custom Aircraft Trimmers aka Jason Cooper

Ditto, I had no idea that this link was on the DA website. I would have chimmed in earlier. After I sold my bird to Dax I just didn’t get on the site. Stay away from Jason Cooper

Re: Custom Aircraft Trimmers aka Jason Cooper

I worked with Jason for about a year until I figured out he was a theif and a con man. He does great work but as Dax said, using sub par materials. My job was to communicate with potential customers because he had a very heavy accent. Hell, I only understood every other word. He started dating a gir...

Am Safe Seat Belts?

What if someone wanted the change the webbing color on the AM Safe seatbelt to match his new seat color? I have a customer doing a new DA40 interior and is wanting to know the cost. I know the belts have to go back to the manufacturer. Does anyone have a clue how much this will be? :) :) Doug Robert...

Re: Wing Walk upgrade

It was self sticking. Just peel and stick. And if you get nervous, you can use a lead pencil and make a small mark at the top and one at the bottom. It's a nice upgrade, looks good and very functional.

Re: Wing Walk upgrade

Hey Steve, I cut them to fit first. I laid them out where I wanted them. Then, my friend and I both took off the adhesive and placed them evenly in place. No pencil, no guide, just good guess work. Honestly, I wasn't that concerned if it was off a little. It's a nice change and the strips really wor...

Re: Coopers Aircraft-- Diamond DA40 seat refurbishing

The current carpet in most DA40's is very thin, therefore, weight is non-issue. The new plush fire retardant wool carpet adds the most weight. The total weight for the upgrade for the entire interior is 13 lbs. The best part-- its all around the CG. The seats are amazingly comfortably now.
