There is also a 2006 or 2007 G1000 DA40 at The Dalles, OR for rent at Gorge Aviation Services ( https://gorgeaviationservices.com/ )

You can take a look at mine that is based in Walla Walla. 2003 steam gauge with KAP140.

Thank you Chris - I took a look at the assembly and I believe the front clip is not engaging fully. Possibly will need a new assembly. I appreciate the advice on the alternate DAP product.

Terostat is the blue-grey plumbers / silly putty. It just will not keep the assembly in place.

My rear hatch release / light assembly is subject to being blown out by the fresh air vent pressure. I have used Terostat for the adhesive sealant but when the ambient temp is warm the Terostat becomes fairly elastic and fails. Even duct tape after a while will fail. I had a heavily damaged rear door that was refurbished by Xu Aviation at London, Ontario this past summer. The lead time at Diamond was 6-8 weeks and they recommended Xu Aviation which is a Diamond Service center. Work was 2-3 weeks and the door looked like new when it was finished.

My MT prop with 600 hrs since OH is starting to emit a fine grease spray as previously described in this string - so I am looking at resealing or OH. Does anyone have any recommendations on NW Propeller in Puyallup WA?

It was my own fault - did not properly secure the aft door and it separated just before rotation. The door did not hit the plane but was substantially damaged. It was amazingly easy to make this mistake.
