Re: Oil Pressure Sender
Thanks for the input Spinner! Yes, it's the jack pad that bolts on to the gear spring. Do you know if the tail will drop when I do this? It will be done in a hangar and thanks for the tip on chocks on main and nose wheels before starting to work. Do you know about how much is the cost of the push to...

Re: Oil Pressure Sender
Hi, I was able to get the VDO sender but that was not the issue. The pressure relief valve was cleaned and that worked for a few hours and now it is happening again. It is marking a pressure of 10-15 on the gauge. If there is metal in the system, how do I get it out and how do I know if that is the ...

Hey guys, Anyone here have a oil pressure sender for a DA20? I'm looking for one and Diamond only sells a kit with the gauge included and they have a backlog of more than 1 month for the part. Any help much appreciated. Low oil pressure indication.. Could it be the oil filter instead of the sender? ...

The problem was the tubes were zip-tied too tightly together under the seats. Cut the zip-tie off and put a new one. ASI working just fine now. Thanks guys!

Yeah it was blown from the ASI out. I will have the shop check if the pitot tube itself is not the one with the problem..

Re: Dual Garmin G5 install Questions
I have it interfaced with a GNS430 non-waas and it required the GAD29B and GMU11. I don't know the details of how they are connected as I had someone do the work.

ASI erratic.
Hi guys! One of my girls is having an issue with the ASI reading zero most of the time during flight, at times it pegs to the top and dances around 40 kts for a bit and goes back to ZERO. I have had the air blown through the pitot line and the ASI bench tested and found to be working fine.. The stat...

28 hours for installation. Cost depends on what they charge you per hour.
