After re-programming it is working now. We still need to sort out a couple of configurations but I think that in our case it is not a failed T /C. But will keep it in mind in case the problem comes up again. Thanks.

As Rich mentioned, a special configuration file from Diamond was required, requested and provided same day. It was installed by a Bendixking qualified technician and the self test passed. Connection was tested and verified to be OK.

A technician connected to the KAP-140 and the message, as seen in the attached picture, appeared.

He believes that the data in the Configuration Module was erased and has to be re-loaded.
