Yes, I had posted about needing a window some time ago, and finally bit the bullet and bought it for about a grand.

Storm Window
Replacing the right side window and the hinge plate attached to the canopy is broken. Does anyone have a technique to remove those from the canopy. What cement/epoxy do you use to attach the new ones to the canopy. If this has been covered before, please link me to it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

GAMI INJECTORS
Anyone have GAMI injectors on their Lycoming 180 DA-40s? If so are they worth the money. At Sun & Fun and a set at the show are $749.

Re: ADS-B shadows and other weirdness today.
TIS, ADSB, 3RD Party traffic detectors all are subject to error and just a tool along with "see and avoid". Always interesting to hear someone in a 172 saying "I have them on TCAS" not understanding what TCAS is and what it does.

Tin Goose? When did they change the name of Port Clinton. Spent a lot of time over many years in and about the area and can remember the Tin Gooses (or Geese) flying out of there, taking kids to school on the mainland. One of my first "long" cross countries was from Bowers Field in Columbu...

Re: Feeling overwhelmed with the DA40
Going up with an instructor is only helpful if they really know the airplane and have flown it a lot, not just giving lessons in it. From a practical matter, a "good" instructor isn't flying the airplane much if at all if they are giving you instruction, especially if it is not primary. Le...

Re: My plane is now in North America!
I have an order to be delivered in the summer. If my plane happens to be made in Austria, is there any chance I could join the ferry flight? That would be a fantastic experience. Well, as the buyer I would think you have some clout, I would ask, all they can say is no. Found an interesting story on...
