After wishing for a DASC in the Portland metro area for over 15 years, it figures we'd finally get one at KSPB just a few months after I move to Europe.
Congrats to Noah for pulling this off! I took my DA42NG there to have his maintenance team fix a leaky fitting on my aux fuel tank, and found them ...

I'm seeing the same here. Can you get to what you need from https://www.diamondaircraft.com/en/service-and-support/ ?

Re: DA40 Fuel Pressure “X’d out” after shutdown - won’t start.
There are a lot of things about the Lycoming that I miss, but hot starts is not one of them. It has been a few years since I've had to deal with this, but I basically followed Gerhard's procedure from this post .
Hot engine:
1. No fuel pump

Just an update that the world map page should be using the latest member data now. Let me know if you and your airport isn't showing up where you expect.

Re: Fuel caps on diesel Diamonds
Nice! The fuel caps on the diesels are high-quality (IMHO) locking caps and made to accept the typical Jet-A fuel truck nozzles. I think Newton might be the manufacturer, but I don't have any references handy at the moment. Hopefully somebody will be along shortly to confirm or correct.

Re: 404 on "New Posts" Link
That is a definite possibility, although I didn't see any of the published Private Relay IPs in the current list of troublemakers. I've backed off on the agressiveness just now, but it may not be enough. Let me know if you see any improvement (or regression).

Re: 404 on "New Posts" Link
Let me know if this still happens to you when using the New/Unread posts buttons. I updated the anti-bot filtering to try to improve the behavior here (and hopefully didn't break anything else).

Re: 404 on "New Posts" Link
I think you may even be able to just refresh the page and/or click on another link to reload the session cookie prior to clicking on the New/Unread posts link. I.e. you shouldn't have to log all the way out and back in. I'll see if I can come up with a fix for it. It is triggering the anti-bot ...

Re: NXi for VI
I believe the Austria factory will still do an upgrade to NXi for DA42-NG or DA42-VI airframes that have GFC700 APs. I got a quote from them for my NG a couple of years ago, but decided not to go forward with it due to the logistics involved. It only included the G1000 components. At least one of ...

Re: Revisiting the impossible…wait for it…turn
Good webinar... thanks for the link. Back when I flew Lycoming DA40s regularly, I would occasionally go up and try to practice the turn-back at altitude. The first few times were miserable failures due to not wanting to push and bank agressively, but that's exactly what it requires. So your summary ...
