Re: ADSB In/Out
I spent some time with Bill Moffitt of Nav Works, he owns a steam gage D40. He has installed his ADS600-B in his plane. He says it will work on G1000 or steam gage both WAAS or non-WAAS. Re: ADSB In/Out
I talked to numerous Garmin reps this week at Oshkosh, they told me that they are currently working on both the hardware and software solutions for both WAAS and non-WAAS G1000 Diamonds. They are projecting to make this available early next year.

Re: Ram Mount Sun Visor
I flew with on of my visors today, I think that the plane is too tight for 2 visors and I am still using my stick on shields for non vision sun areas.

Re: AHRS / Heading Indicator Gremlin

Unfortunately most of my experience with the shops have been with parts changers instead of with true mechanics. This afternoon I signed up with Savvy Aviators. It will be interesting to see how they add...

Re: AHRS / Heading Indicator Gremlin
The majority of the time I loose the heading indicator is when I turn onto to the runway. Their is no metal structures near the plane when this happens. I almost think that something shifts in the plane when I turn and accelerate the plane that causes my temporary interruption. I am leaning towards ...
