Would a gps splitter be approved in leiu of install a 3rd gps antenna for the 345?

for those that installed the antenna in the "shelf" in the tail was a form 337 field approval needed? if anybody have a copy of their 337 and could post it, would be great.

Do any members happen to know whether the da40's that dont have a gdl69 still have the shelf that is used for the antenna in the tailcone?

Hi, do any of the members have a copy of the g1000 install software, I had a copy that came on a cd when i did the software update but I misplaced the cd. I have the 21.23 software version.

did anybody have to install a new encoder? is the existing encoder that came with the gtx 33 work?

regarding gps antenna installation, what are the various options? anyone install they internally in the front instrument panel or tailcone?

I am planning to install the gtx 335r in my da40 as ads b out solution, wanted to check and see if any members have installed the 335 and ball park numbers for total install cost.

When i talked to diamond this morning they told me that they still don't have an anticipated date of when the da40 software update would come, they said it is postponed. so hopefully this petition would help drive diamond forward in providing a software update

the old flight school i used to get my ratings at has 3 da40 and 7 da42 that has older software that needs to be updated. but i don't know whether they want to add them to the list
