I was told the same thing. Which means you will have to follow behind the line person and turn it back to the front after every refueling.

I think it was an excellent question.
So the 66 lb nose and 100 lb rear baggage weight limits are for what, structural reasons, not so much the W&B? Perhaps those weights are the limit of what the floor can safely hold?

Or forgo an official pre-buy. Find someone who owns a similar model. Have them go through the logbooks and take a test flight. If no glaring defects, buy the plane.
