another point to remember, on the DA40 the nut is nylon locking nut, should be replaced if the nylock part is not doing its job! Standard practice with nylon locking nuts.

.........and the little temperture stickers you see on the aircraft here and there guys are from the manufacturing process, it is a verification that the post-cure has been carried out. Has nothing to do with anything else, and are a one-time use sticker.

Steven, also ensure your 'Fuel Pump' is 'ON' for landing, and for taxi back. Pilot handbook shows 'Fuel Pump' OFF for shutdown, but ON for approach/landing/taxi.
