Congratulations Jonathan - You will be very pleased with the DA62 !!

My height is 1.65m or 5FT 5”. To compensate for this, I had special seat cushions made and supplied by Diamond. The increased view by sitting higher up is tremendous.

I also went for the 11“ iPad Pro which is fitted to the right hand A pillar. Totally satisfied.

I would not be without the Center keyboard despite also having the FS510.

Don’t be put off. Many commercial pilots, who also fly the DA62, swear by it too.

I used Pooley‘s Foggles which were excellent during my IRA training in the U.S.

During training at DAI Weiner Neustadt we, of course, performed a complete shutdown of the left engine.

I was trained at DAI Wiener Neustadt and 20% was used to simulate the feathered engine in the DA62.
