Sara. this issue can appear, and as Karl stated, it is an adjustment. There is a stainless steel rod mechanically linked to your trim tab on the horizontal stabilizer. this rod is to maintain a 'set' amount of friction on the trim tab, to help prevent flutter and trim system drifting. Sara. When flying at high altitudes there is less atmospheric pressure exerted on the fuel in your lines. This in turn will cause the fuel to vaporize into a gaseous state from a liquid state in the lines, in other words the higher you fly the more vapour the engine has to deal with. In between your...

Another factor, the economic crash of 2008, severely affected general aviation, the number of DA40's built in 2009 was half the number built in 2008, and so on..... So the supply from the manufacturer into the 'new' stream affects the 'used' stream.

yes it was Swiss, Thielert powered twin, propeller control valve stopped functioning normally, diverted to airfield, technician from Diamond Canada flew up there, replaced valve, aircraft departed.
