Matthias, check with "Edge performance" in Norway, too. They have excellent upgrade kits, give a good guarantee on some of them and they have a German sales rep

Re: PowerFlow Exhaust retro-fit
Can only confirm that the retrofit brought quite a boost in performance. As my DA40 was equipped with a fixed pitch prop, I also had the prop re-pitched at the same time. Total gain was around 10 kts.

Re: Potential new member
Sorry for this lengthy post here...  Also I am aware that there are frequent posters who no longer own a Diamond (hello Antoine! :) ) Can the moderators advise me please. Yes, we've allowed members to retain their full login rights. For the most part, that has worked out fine, tho...

Re: Member requirements response
David, correction : it's not about this thread but BKRs response. My bad.

Re: Member requirements response
TimS, thanks for all the ideas. More mods? We did have multiple mods already but as things go, people sell their planes, lose interest, have other things to do (including me) and I understand that. As it is not a conscious decision to leave a forum but a slow process which sometimes we are not aware...

Re: Deleted posts
Dave, I agree with all said, yet we need to draw the line somewhere. If you are here as an owner, we are glad to have you here and if you are here as a dealer, please just take the dealer-jacket off. We do not have many rules, but they are here for everyone who hasn't read them all: https://www.diam...

Re: Deleted posts
John, if we do allow sales and commercial activity, we would have a lot more moderation work to do (hostile discussions among people professionally participating in the market are not quite uncommon as you might see above). Chris is maintaining this forum in his free time on a voluntary base. If you...

Re: Diamond DA62 Dealers Midwest USA
There are a few in the Midwest and basically all of them are members of this forum. It doesn't make much sense for this forum to recommend one or another and Mike's post brought the point. It's all about sympathy and how you feel about them.
