Trip to Phoenix AZ

Hi All,

I am picking up my new (07XL) next week at Phoenix area, thought of picking it up from Chandler to avoid the PHX airport, any comment on the field itself, any better suggestion to a local field that easy to get in - get out with reasonable service (I am going to stay there probably 2 nights)

I have enjoyed the KDVT field and surroundings. Same with Scottsdale.

But I've had no trouble taking off from large Class B airports (Logan, KSTL, Oakland). Almost collected a passenger at KJFK one summer, but the 60kt winds dissuaded me.

Cutter @ KDVT usually gets my business... I avoid Sky Harbor like the plague! Class B isn't an issue as long as you are professional with the controllers. Lots of DA40 training activity in the region, so be careful not to sound like a trainee and you'll be fine.
