Sikeston is my first stop on the way home, and Lambert's Cafe is a hoot!
There is a Lambert's in Foley, AL also. Fairly close to the airport, and right next to a large outlet mall (if your significant other needs enticement to fly).
I'm glad you enjoyed it! They give you way more food than you could possibly eat and it's pretty cool getting to cut in line. During the week it's usually not that bad but the weekends are almost always packed. I would guess they probably average 20+ fly ins a day on Saturday and Sunday.
