A great experience to fly to South America. More to it than in those 9 minutes. Please contact me if interested, I have done it now 3 times, getting more enjoyable each time. DA42, G1000 (with Jeppesen database), TAS and Stormscope are great companions, for sure! Prepare well for the entry requirements, and be ready to wait a couple of hours max a day (my experience) for weather to be ok.

What a classy post!

Also notably, the DA42 is an amazing world cruiser.

ATC is good here in South East Asia. You hear some local languages on the CTAF once in a while, but English comprehension is just fine in controlled airspace.

Thanks Henrik! Early 2015 she will get extra tank, as discussed in other post, then I come to your neck of woods! Will be in touch before then!
