No joy with the video. You Tube says not available.

Can you expand on the symptoms and what choices you had other than shutting it down?
Around 20 min before landing the RH engine started oscillating. The result was an uncontrollable yaw moment.
I decided to shut the engine off. I guess there was no other choice. The short video shows the behavior of the engine after landing. I took it for documentation.

I just noticed that all three of the engine shut downs in this thread were the right hand engines. Must be a coincidence?

What do you mean by replaced ECU A ?

RPM is measured at 2 sensors and sent to 2 independent computers, trying to understand what caused the problem.
Sounds like a typo because they are only replaced as a unit. Even with two sensors though, they don't seem to be as isolated as they could be - it's not like there are four canon plugs going into the box.

Colin wrote: Tue Apr 16, 2019 8:37 am The engine registered overspeed for six tenths of a second, I believe, but it was an insane number (4,600 RPM?), and I don't think it was real.
I'd say that's possible - remember you're only seeing the calculated prop RPM, the crank redline is 3500. Seems like you'd really feel it though...

Here's a discussion of the two recent King Air accidents in Hawaii & Texas, which includes a good multi-engine review of handling an engine failure during takeoff (filmed at the Nevada County / Grass Valley airport in California, featuring a King Air operated by Cal Fire):
