Partnership for new DA40-NG in Boston, MA area

Hello,
I'm purchasing a new DA40-NG which is likely arriving in November / December of this year. I live in the Boston area and the plane will either be based at KBED and KOWD. I am an IFR rated pilot and fly recreationally.
Wondering if anyone is interested in a partnership / lease on this aircraft. If so - let me know.
