Anyone having problems with the G1000 data cards?
We have always installed the Garmin cards, (at great expense ) so when we have problems we can tell Garmin we are using factory approved cards. We have been finding problems with the Garmin supplied cards. I also noticed that Garmin is selling the Micro SD cards with the SD adapter under the -43 part number. I am seeing more data reading problems with these cards and are switching to SanDisk 4GB cards. The most recent problems with data path failures has Garmin suspecting the Micro SD cards with adapters even though we purchased these cards from Garmin.

Re: G1000 data cards
Any issues using Windows 10 to download and load cards?
We had problems so Garmin tech asked us not to use Windows 10 computers.

Re: G1000 data cards
I had a problem with card that I used to use on Win 7 when I switched to Win 10. The card looked ok, I was able to format it and make Jepp update but G1000 wasn't able to read it any more. I simply purchased new 4 GB card and it works with Win 10 without any problem.
