Aspen IMC 3-Mayday & Real ATC -- in the Simulator
Really, real ATC while flying the sim? In the final episode of this 3-part series we request a pop-up IFR clearance from a real professional controller (PilotEdge), declare an emergency, shoot the RNAV-F approach, and get our copilot/patient and passengers safely to Aspen. What are your experiences and opinions on shooting approaches in a home simulator? Have you used real-person ATC with the sim? Declared an emergency in the sim and/or real life?
Thanks for your insight and enjoy the video!
