After reading your post on hte furum, i finaly made my choice and do a L.E.D upgrade. im very happy witht it, i will do it on my DA-40 now....

Nice! Which LED's did you use for the landing / taxi lights?
This type of conversion is not easily done in the USA. The FAA considers this a major alteration (with field approval required). Does the Transport Canada have a similar requirement?

i buy them from spruce aircraft, i not change the bulb, but all the wing tip light kit its from whelen and they are faa certified and aproved they work on the same power supply they have already have and same wiring harnes, no modification.

I have already done the LED Strobe and LED Position light upgrade from Wheelen. But, did you buy the LED Landing Light and the LED Taxi Light directly from Diamond Aircraft? From your pictures it looks like they come pre-assembled in a black composite housing which perfectly fit into the wing of a DA20-C1.
