Re: Garmin GDL88
I'd guess the GDL 88 and the GTX 33 had a baby and it's name is the GTX 345! Seems to have the capabilities of both parent units. Probably not much harder to install and will hopefully fit into an existing space in your avionics bay.

Re: Garmin GDL88
Steven
I just had a GDL84 and a Flightstream 110 installed in my DA-20 last month. They put the GDL84 under the co-pilot seat and the flight stream is mounted on the side of the comm panel rack. The GPS antenna was mounted to the instrument cover, underneath it. The ADS-B antenna was mounted underneath the fuselage fairly close to the GDL-84. There are two fault lights to be mounted on your instrument panel (ADS-B fault and GPS fault) and there is a comm interrupt button for squelching the voice alerts coming from the GDL-84.
Also, noticed you are a KPIE, I'm across the bay at KPCM and had my ADS-B solution installed at GCA at Lakeland.
