Hello all,

A UK firm is offering this AeroCoat polish not only as a service for GBP 2k+ but now in a bottle to self apply for GBP 70: they say hydrophobic / nano, and used on Cirrus aircraft.

More info at:

Anyone had any experience of this? Or alternatives?

Thanks

I'm using Rejex http://www.rejex.com and like it a lot. Goes on easy, wipes off easy. Nice finish. Supposedly no silicone. Available at Sporty's and many other retailers.

ReJex is a Corrosion X product if you are familiar. Terrific extremely long lasting finish!

Mark,

Thanks; I will give it a try - quite a lot cheaper, only GBP £15 from Amazon

After a lot of reading, including quite a bit on this site, I also settled on Rejex. I do the whole plane a couple of times a year and all the leading edges every month or two. It only takes a few minutes and the bugs don't stick to it. Or at least not so well. Makes the plane look like new. Purple Polish http://californiacustom.com/purple_metal_polish.html for the spinner. Plexus 20214 for the canopy from Amazon and you'll need sunglasses just to look at it. 8-)
