Re: Pin Stripes
I did shortly after buying my DA40. I bought the decals from Aero Graphics in Colorado (aerographics.com). I got a quote from Diamond but it was significantly more. Aero Graphics offered the factory designs or you can create a custom design. I went with one of the standard Diamond designs. Price was very reasonable, I think it was about $750 for all decals, including N number. I received them about a week after I placed the order.

Yes, I just got off the phone with them. Any issues with removing the "old ones"...was there a lot of "ghosting" when the old ones where removed ?
Thx

Re: Pin Stripes
The old stripes were sun baked - very faded. I couldn't even tell what the original color was. The shop spent about 8 man hours removing them, so there's that cost. It might not take as long if your stripes are in better shape.
After the stripes were off, I had the exterior detailed and it looked like new.
