Re-finish 2004
-Just did a lot of wheel fairing re-finishing on my DA-40....its a 2004...came out great !!...took the wheel pants off wet sanded/filled/glassed all the marks and scrapes then took it to an auto body shop for a new gel-coat.

Looks nice. My nose wheel pant sure could use some TLC after 16 years of stones, etc. Make sure you safety-wire the 4 cap screws securing the anti-scuff plates...

Very NICE! I too am unfamiliar with the anti-scuff plates but they look nice and would be very useful.
