Hello,
I just bought the ski tube to fit in my DA40 and I would like to know what arm and maxi load do you have on yours? (For those who have it installed).
Do you have a picture of your weight and balance sheet?
Thanks!
Arnaud.

Arnaud:
From the DA40 AFM:
Arm is 4.32 m aft
You will have to weigh your tube to figure new EW and CG.
Max weight allowed in the tube is 11 pounds (5.0 Kg)
So, not much weight. I keep my Bruce's cover, spare inner tubes, and tie down stuff in there and that maxes it out...

Re: Weight and balance - Ski tube
Thank you!
I have a placard with « max 35kg » written. I guess that this is for the space behind the back seats, isn’t it?
The 5kg are in addition to the 35 kg?
Arnaud.

Yes, the 35 kg is for the regular baggage space behind the rear seats. The 5kg are in addition. There is a placard available for the baggage tube:
