Hello all, anyone have experience with removing and resetting the aft window? Couldn’t find any search hits in the archives.
Ours (2003 left aft window) has disbonded on the lower edge for approx 10-12inches. We can give it a slight push outward from inside and it’s clearly not attached. The rest of the perimeter seems okay (though didn’t press outward too hard), but don’t want to fly around with a window that’s 5/8ths secure.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Rear window adhesive
Try Diamond Tech support. They've been forthcoming for me with special adhesives. Unfortunately these adhesives can sometimes be tough to come by in the US.
Given that there is a constant suction on flight pulling on these windows I share your sense that this isn't a minor defect.

Re: Rear window adhesive
I’m pretty sure it’s just 3M 5200.
