Recently my passenger complained that the Intercom volume control on the GMA1347 was not working. I checked and the Pilot knob works fine but Pass does nothing. Has anyone had this problem?

I've never heard of that problem, but since the same knobs control the manual squelch, you could try putting it in Man Squelch mode and seeing if you can adjust the Pilot but not Pass squelch, too. If that behaves the same way, then my guess would be that the Pass control is busted. If the squelch works but not the vol, then at least you know the knob is working.
