New 2 blade Hartzell prop so I could install the Powerflow exhaust.. my opinion only but don’t waste the money on WASS. You can still shoot GPS approaches and of course ILS is gonna be around for a long time.. If you are shooting approaches down to mins on a regular basis, you probably bought the wrong airplane to begin with.
Love it. I’ve been looking into the power flow. What does it run to swap out the prop? I’m going to be working on instrument rating so still kind of clueless on the waas stuff.
Powerflow has prices for the approved Hartzell props for the DA40, though you might be able to get a better deal elsewhere. Check their website. The composite Hartzell is listed at almost $19K the last I looked

WAAS is great for me. The knock on it on this forum is primarily because to upgrade the G1000 to support it is North of $20K. For me it was $3.5K to convert both GNS units.
2002 DA40-180: MT, PowerFlow, 530W/430W, KAP140, ext. baggage, 1090 ES out, 2646 MTOW, 40gal., Surefly, Flightstream 210, Orion 600 LED, XeVision, Aspen E5

The aluminum Hartzell is listed at 10.5 but I got it for 9.5. He is also giving me 1k for my existing prop so 8.5k total.. The power flow was discounted as well with the Oshkosh deal and delaying the delivery date to end of October.. was originally 5,750 but got it for 4,790.. total for both 13,290 minus install
