Removal, per the AMM is just to pry it loose...you can see the little tabs on the end that hold it in. I found success with a smaller flat head screwdriver and was able to get it loose without marking the grip.
An internet search for "Switch 1831.1202" will find multiple vendors...some aircraft parts houses and some electrical parts suppliers. I think "Mouser Electronics" could be a good source.
