I noticed that with the noise cancellation function turned on with my Bose A20 headset, the stall warning noise was diminished to some certain level. It could be troublesome and might be a safety issue as well. Do you guys experienced this on your DA40?
Maybe a stall indicator is needed?

I don't have any problem hearing it with my DC noise cancelling headset...

I use Lightspeed Z3 and it does diminish it substantially.

We also use A20 headsets. The horn is quieter, but still clearly audible.
Without a headset your stall horn (aka, Kazoo) should be annoyingly loud. If not, it might be on its way out.

I used A20 for years and heard stall warning horn just fine. Same for the Zulu light speed I use now.
I find that the stall warning horn is a great way to frighten neophyte passengers . Now I tell them you might hear that on landing.
