It came from factory with the standard exhaust but around a 5 years ago they added the Power Flow exhaust.

So the mechanic looked and didnt find anything. I went ahead and had an oil change while in, and have put about 5 hours in it since. The meter when you watch Foreflight intermittently (about once every 30-45 minutes and usually on climb out or while on ground will read between 50-75 but usually goes right back down to "normal". The stick on version doesn't show anything so will plan on watching. The mechanic thinks the Sentry is very sensitive (complimentary) and since it is so intermittent to keep watching.... If anyone has other experiences would love to hear them.

I suggest contacting FF and asking them if they think those are valid readings.

Contact them and explain them. They will ask you to send them the log.
I did this and they were able to explain exactyl what happen, when, the level, the altitude, the temp...
