High Oil Pressure

Has anyone had an issue with oil pressure too high?
My 2007 DA40 oil pressure gradually drifted downwards, to the point that it would go onto the yellow range at minimum idle when the oil was hot. At my recent annual, my AME adjusted it upward, by turning in the set screw on the oil pump. Now, I am just clear of the yellow band at low idle, but running quite high at power. At cruise, I am 83 or 84 psi, but have seen as high as 96 psi at full takeoff power. It doesn't ding any alarm, but seems awfully close to the redline visually on the G1000 gauge.
Any opinions as to if this is a problem? Anyone know if there is a relief valve that might pop and cycle oil at some point?
