Tall canopy only. Leaves me out, unfortunately.

Anyone have an opinion on whether this is worth it? I am a brand-spanking newbie, having not yet flown my 2008 XLS (I bought her last week and she's in for maintenance), so I don't know if one of the slap-on visors would work just as well.

Would anybody be able to direct me to a picture or installation of these?

I use the little black mesh items with suction cups. $5 each at most car washes. They have worked well since 2005 or so.

If I get a DA62 I would probably get the Jet Shades, which look very clever.

This is the only photo I have. Shows them folded into the canopy.

Been using these for years now. They work very well except in cold weather, say, below -15C

Keep a little hex wrench in the cockpit so you can snug up a sagging visor

I like the mesh shades that Colin describes. They are super easy to use and store compactly. Get 2.

Get 2.
I just counted when I was last in the plane. I have 18.

It gets sunny up there sometimes. And there are a LOT of windows.
