Narrative: The Thayer County Bank Diamond Aircraft industries Inc. DA-42 aircraft (N16FA) was concluding an IFR flight from Johnson County Executive Airport, Olathe, KS, USA (KOJC) to London International Airport (CYXU). The flight crew reported engine vibrations and advised that the left engine had been shut down. An emergency was declared and ARFF services were dispatched. The aircraft subsequently landed without incident. Ops. impact - none.
