Flying to Tucson & Mexico (Part 3): Return into Low Bases, High MEAs, and Icing?

Post by waynemcc999 »

There’s a front moving through SoCal, with lowering cloud bases, some convection, and freezing levels flirting with terrain. After an enjoyable LightHawk event in Tucson and a day trip to Mexico, Steve and I are now contemplating a strategy to get home to Santa Barbara today. Welcome aboard! Wayne, GeezerGeek Pilot
