Carpet replacement
I'm hoping to replace the carpets in my 2007 DA40XL. Anyone have experience with carpet replacement? SCS Interiors kit or others?

Re: Carpet replacement
I just pulled my carpets out and had the pattern copied on a carpet with the appropriate burn certificate.

Re: Carpet replacement
About 7 years ago I used Custom Aircraft Interiors (I think that’s the name) out of the UK. Ultimately, it came out very nice, but the guy was difficult and I had to do a lot of the work myself. I had to take out the seats and ship them to the UK as well as the dash. Putting everything back in wasn’t fun. I’m not sure they are still in business and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I think you probably mean the nightmare shop described in Antoine's thread. They may still be around under a different name, so use caution.
