Desser Retreads
I am currently using Goodyear Flight Special II 15- 6.00 - 6 Ply tires on the mains and it is time to replace. I cannot find the Goodyear replacement. I have heard the Desser retreads are good replacements, but wanted to see if anyone has experience or can suggest another tire brand. I do have fairings. Any help will be appreciated!!!!!!!!

Re: Desser Retreads
Chief Aircraft had a pair of Goodyear Flight Special II 15- 6.00 - 6 Ply tires available recently.

I also have an extra tube for this size if you need one, a Michelin Airstop.

Re: Desser Retreads
I have used Desser retreads for the last 10 years without problems.
The wear is good, slightly less than the Flight Specials, but certainly worth the difference in cost.
No problem with the fairings.
