Looks like the pilot had restricted pitch down control because of a de-icing container stored in the right footwell, with a barely-within-limits aft CG near max MTOW. The aircraft got airborne early and slow (because of aft CG), and the pilot failed to recover a subsequent stall because of limited pitch down control.
