This is the sort of thing that if there were an enterprising engineering firm that had a $1,000 solution I'd pay for it in an instant, maybe even with another $1,000 for the STC overhead. There are vertical fins on the wingtip. Run a vent line up in there, have a little hole on the trailing edge. Get a little creative.
