Diamond Yoga

Post by Rich »

Being of a fairly advanced age, I experience random pain of various types. The last 7-10 days I've had this infuriating muscle/ligament pain in one leg that has made me walk like an old man :tap:

I figured I needed some kind of physical therapy but was at a loss as to what kind. Well, today was annual day which requires, among other things, R&R of front and back seats and the various pieces of the extended baggage compartment. This involves repeated climbing in and out of the plane, bending, contorting, twisting, rotating and such bodily exercises.

After completing all the required movements, this evening the leg pain is gone  Clearly the next bout I have with this sort of thing I'll just go out to the hangar and R&R all the seats :D

Rich:

My Annuals usually produce the opposite effect. I start out fine, but after cleaning the airframe (belly), removing all of the access plates and fairings, and then the interior, I feel 10 years older.

I'm glad you get a therapeutic effect. So much so that I'll give you an open invite to come down to TX and pull my interior at each Annual! I won't even charge you for the therapy session...
