If you’re in the pnw I’d be more than willing to show it to you in person.
Orange is one of the colors I’m considering. Your plane looks niiiice. I can’t decide between a bold color like orange or something more subtle like the gold. I’m following you on Instagram now. I wish I was closer to you so I could look at it in person, but I’m in Georgia. Your paint scheme is now in my top two.

The plane itself is flashy, everyone says it’s extreme sexy, I agree! I think orange just pushes it that much further! I’ve since ordered the orange ford Mach-e. 😂

Love the color - I saw that video when it came out on the Lifestyle YouTube channel. I didn’t realize it was a little darker than the current stock orange - good info and thanks. And I’m near the top of a list for a new Corvette Z06, and I’m thinking about doing that car in orange also (with either a black or gray interior). However, the red mist metallic with the tan interior also looks good. Either way, great minds think alike!

Cheers

Next time I'm up that way in my 62 (my son & family live in the area and I use Modern at KBFI), I'll ping you and we can compare paint jobs. :D

I had a test flight in the San Marino blue version and the colour was stunning so I chose that. It actually matches my car not that it matters. I agree for that level of expenditure I think they need the samples like you get in luxury automobile outlets.

I bought the plane without paint option. I asked a designer for an original drawing. Then a society specialized in covering printed the stickers and put them on the plane. It cost me about 1200€.

Clemson orange?

Texas Longhorns orange?

University of Tennessee orange?
As you well know, Greg, there is only one true UT and appropriate orange - Longhorn burnt orange!!! *laughing and j/k*. But I don’t think Diamond’s orange matches either Texas or Tennessee orange, unfortunately… its much darker than both! :)

Hook ‘em! *laughing*
It's close enough to burnt orange for my taste! That's probably what I'm going to get. Would be interesting to have white and that orange but the white would show more grime in the long run. Hook 'Em! BS ASE '96

Exactly! I opted against white/orange on my CubCrafters build for exactly that reason ... (Law '84)

Did the stickers, I’m imagining something like a wrap on a car, affect weight and balance? Can you post images?
