Older DA 40 Wanted as First Airplane

Fresh on the market is my 2004 DA40. It’s a gem, incredibly well cared for, hangered it’s entire life, never a trainer or flight school aircraft, maintained by a Diamond service center, fresh annual in December, GTX345 adsb in/out, GDL69, 700 hours on the motor and prop. $265K, negotiable. Nick, I really appreciate it, but I've actually just closed on a 2003 DA40. I got a very good deal on it, and I can't wait to go pick it up!
