VM-1000 display

Post by ahmebane »

I'm having an issue with one of my cylinders & I realized that I don't actually know for sure what the cylinder order is on the VM-1000 display. They're not labeled & I can't find anything in the VM-1000 manual or the POH. Looks like it would be dependent on how its installed, which is why they're not displayed on the unit itself, or in the manual.

Are they displayed, L to R, as 1,2,3,4 or 4,3,2,1?

TIA.

1-2-3-4, left to right. If one is having an abnormality, the VM1000 will report the hot CHT and EGT numerically, and you can also step through the cylinders sequentially.
