GWX75 is certified

Some of us got the airplane provisioned for the radar, waiting for certification. I got the radar already, but the shop is booked.

I picked up my Canadian DA62, Ser # C062 on Friday in London, Ontario. I have the GWX75 installed. According to the factory I was the second one installed.

Finished my transition training on Saturday, but not without issue as an un-clearable ECU fault kept the plane at my dealer.

Only played with the radar a little as we crossed Lake Erie into Ohio. Seemed to pick up a few cells on a clear day, but I'm sure I didn't have something set correctly.

I will give a more in-depth review when I get the plane back.

Great. Can you ask them how much work it was? Like in hours, difficulty, etc.

My shop doesn’t believe in Diamond’s 2-hour estimate.

Thanks in advance - it would be good to know the service time for me too. I’m likely to wait until my annual in early December but even so …
