I flew to Hamburg on Jan 3rd. It took some days until the packaging for the motor (of mine and some other planes) arrived. CD told my mechanic that they will manage 2 motors per day, and it will be on a first come, first serve basis. So, I expect my motor back rather soon, in 1-2 weeks. Hopefully. Cheers, Georg
P.S. Mine is a CD135, a replacement for my old one, exchanged in March 2019.

Thanks !
I hope you are right. A continental dealer told me 2/week
Any idea whether many engines were sent to continental already?

Both our CD155s are on the list, and both have developed cylinder head problems at around 140H.

The motor was returned today (11.02.2021). Now they have to integrate it into the plane - I will get my DA40 back about next week.
