I read these two articles on the Irkut MC-21, which mentioned assistance given by Diamond Aircraft to Irkut on the out of autoclave (OOA) wing construction technique. Does anyone know how Diamond wings are built, and what experience they have with OOA?

Re: Wing construction
I don't know exactly how Diamond does it, but I do know that large carbon fiber boats are built OOA. While my last boat was being built, this 60' carbon fiber catamaran was also being built: https://www.lymanmorse.com/project/mala-conducta/
The builder constructed a room in which to bake the components (hulls, decks, etc.) rather than an autoclave. The room was heated as necessary (amazing during a Maine winter) and the pieces were later assembled with adhesives and bolts. The adhesives are the primary thing holding it all together.
When I visited the Diamond factory, the construction process and sequence was very similar to the construction of a boat. The only difference was that in a boat the engine goes in very early, and in the airplane it went on very late.
