This is a brief survey and a possible precursor to a more complete owner survey. The two questions are which airplane you own, and if you have a current instrument rating. Thank you for your contribution.

DA40D, VFR
As the type of plane is part of the member profile, it should be easy to make some statistics.

You might consider expanding the poll to include which Diamond you own, or on which Diamond you have a deposit
. I have a deposit on a DA62 but do not own one. And hold an instrument rating.

Same here. Deposit on a DA62, currently own a Bonanza G36. Instrument rated.

Sorry for my U.S. centric thinking as I don't think many, or perhaps any, of the DA40D's were sold in the U.S.

DA40D was never certified in the U.S., unfortunately.
