Anyone know if the Turbo in the Austro E4 engines are Turbocharged or turbonormalized?

Also, Turbo normalized is turbo charged also (technically).

From tha Austro AMM:
That's some pretty serious boost.The maximum manifold pressures are up to 2660 mbar (38.6 psi) for model E4 and 2750 mbar (39.9 psi) for model E4P. The actual manifold pressure varies with altitude and power setting.
