It's amazing you fly cross-border flight as if your routine.
Looks like she enjoyed hand flying too!

Curious what exactly happens when you cross the border. It's just SoCal passing you to Mexico ATC?
Did you have any challenges in flying Mexico? ATC communiation, airport operations, etc...

Tosh, very glad you enjoy the videos!

The ATC operations are quite seamless and basically no different than being handed off from one US sector to another US sector... in this case, LA Center just hands us off to Mexicali Tower. If transiting off on the coast, SoCal Approach hands off to Tijuana Approach.

The paperwork/e-paperwork is rather more complicated. A couple of my other videos (e.g. see https://youtu.be/GDN-LTijjUY) go into the logistics of border crossing. DM me if you'd like to discuss in detail.
